Rotometals 3-4% Sb lead

A buddy just bought 1000 pounds. Asked if I wanted to buy any. Sure. I'm in for 400 pounds. $1.75 per pound and no shipping. I'll melt these big(50-60lb) ingots down and mix in a bit of Sn and pour smaller ingots.
Oh. And my brother in law just scored two bricks of spp. He does not reload. He does shoot lots of .22lr and is very low. I on the other hand have plenty. A little horse trading and they will find a new home. This has been the best part of 2021 to date.

Their Sb lead started out 4-5%, but second order I got was more like 3%. Still good cheap stuff. Have a couple ingots left and I add some super hard when needed. Gonna try some spp in light sub BO loads in the cva as I'm light on srp.

I wish I could find some around here, gun shops a looking pretty bad, almost nothing available on line either, I am not sure what is going on but my local store who I have ordered many powders from just told me yesterday something I found odd, but she said she was sorry but she could not order anything at all right now?? Now this was only 2 days after I just picked up an order from here, she would not say anything else but that she was sorry. Anyone hearing similar?

Yes, the LGS owner said his two main suppliers told him they have nothing in stock, so there was no use calling them. They said "watch our webpage" and we will post when we get supplies. Then you can order.

I hit up the ammoseek search engine from time to time. It has been dwindling down. Almost no smokeless for sale now. And, what is available is expensive. Here is a screen shot showing what 4 and 8 pounders are still available in the entire country right now.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ian again for the Herco and to thank X2 and Ms for letting me buy those 2-8# jugs of Unique and 2-8# jugs of I 4350 when they were available and only 119 and 189 respectively . I'd like to thank my Dad for the 8-1# cans of 4831 and another 4# of Unique to go with the never ending 12# keg .

I saw a guy on MeWe last night with 8K Wolf SRP for just 125/1000 or trade for one of 3-4 guns like an SS 5" 1911 or one of the lever guns that gotten to the 8-1100 bracket ..... Seriously Wolf primers ? I've got some vintage HyScore 209s that ought to bring at least that in their routed wood trays .
