BH and Single-Six grips interchange, SBH differs slightly, and I don't know any major mass-production grip maker that makes replacements for the Ruger Bisley grip sets.

I have a 7.5" RH in 45 Colt. I don't shoot heavy loads. That said, mine is accurate and no knuckle problem. I installed Pachmayr's.

Pac's on my BH as well. I shoot Ruger Only loads, without issue. However, OP did clearly state, for the Bisley frame.

he did, and I don't worry about a Bisley handle smacking my knuckle so much.
usually it's the palm of your hand that takes the smack from them,,, unless you ride them really high and then the recoil rolls the pistol up in your hand just a bit pulling the trigger guard away from your knuckle.

I like the Ruger Bisley OEM grips. I have three of them, all 7.5" barrels, 357--44 Mag--45 Colt. Fiver may have a point--due to so many years of D/A revolver shooting, I likely do "choke up" a bit on the steering end of the wheelguns and by doing so avoid the trigger guard impact to my middle finger. I also know that I can do next-to-nothing with the plow-handle OEM grips on my BHs or Single-Sixes (much like high fastballs and red-haired women) and that Pachmayr Presentation sets help IMMENSELY with both steering issues and with the trigger guard/middle finger impacts via that fill-in section, spoken of above.

talked to a tech at brownells. his opinion is no one makes a grip for a bisley except for fancy replacement ones. emailed pachmayr. no go. guess i'm gonna have to wrap some electricians tape on the rear of the guard or change holding styles. come about april i may get to find out.

I finally settled on a Hogue wood grip and I am very happy with it, especially the way it looks.

The best compromise I've found were Hogues single finger groove grips. The single groove is at the top, and helps alot with balance with long barrels.
