Ventilation

That's the one, Will, but mine doesn't have all the fancy bling stickers on it. I bought the whole kit with pins and rotary separator along with an extra belt and lid gasket, but bought my lemishine and magnet separator elsewhere.

that's the one i have too.
i got an extra belt, but found out our 4" hose rings at work fit too so i nabbed a package of those.
they didn't have an extra lid gasket when i bought mine or i would have got one of those too.
i already had the Dillon media separator which works really well, but have also used the little frankford arsenal strainer on a 3 gallon bucket with good results too.
one trick i have picked up on is to fill the separator tub with hot water and swish the brass through by rolling the separator through it for both a rinse to the brass and to help the pins release easier.

i have run it with tumbling media to de-lube about 400 223 swaged bullets, or about 100 rifle cases at a time almost as much as i have run it wet.

I fill the separator tub with rainwater laced with Meguair's liquid wax. The pins shake out a LOT easier under water.

For belts, I found a bunch of extra o-rings out of a CAT C-13 engine set that fit pretty well and don't get hard with heat like the tumbler belts do. You'll never need the extra lid gasket, that rubber stuff is really, really good. The tumbler also works really well for making cast round balls and buckshot ROUND.

I have walled off a casting area in my polebarn. Insulation / electric / heat You guys talked me into putting a vent hood over my casting pot. I was going to ask which direction it would be best to vent it to. But just thinking of my options. It was obvious which way was best. 1 vent directly on to a vehicle 2 vent directly into general storage area of barn (Building wood storage, trailers, lawn mowers) 3 vent through outer wall over stone retaining wall. Much more work but best option

I hadn't thought about the buckshot.
but I add graphite to mine so wouldn't in the pin tumbler.
I have found the harbor freight tumbler spins and shakes everything more than tumbles it so I put the balls in it with some graphite and some steel shot.
it really rounds everything over.
it will even put a point on any exposed lead so a nib left on a ball will get pointed off and I can cut it and re-run it to smooth everything over.

that same BB method also puts a point on my swaged bullets and would probably do a good job of adding moly if I were so inclined.
