Bill, That was his personal paint job! I do believe it was two tone when he got it However.... He just did the sides in matte black!
It also had open bore lake pipes but they were illegal on PA roads! So he just put dual exhaust on it! Since he registered it as an antique! He got it for $500 and sold it for $4000 to a guy from Maryland!
I know I fell in love with that car! My first car was a Buick Skylark / Special 1963 it had a 215 cubic inch. Aluminum "V8" @ 200 HP and an electronic ignition system that was in the car but not hooked up! Needed Sunoco "260" fuel at that time !
