New, once-fired, multiple-fired makes no difference as long as they are serviceable, just no wadcutter cannelured or nickel-plated.
However many will fit in a small flat rate box (200?).

Starline shows them on "Backorder", but the last time I ordered brass (38 SPL I think) their page showed "Backorder" and I got the brass in less than a week.
