What Molds

What molds do you recommend for 32 long sxw and 38 special?
I came into possession of 2 revolvers yesterday. Both need a lot of TLC
and neither one is a big name revolver.

Looking ahead to the time to cast for them

38 special is easy. Almost any 358 diameter bullet from 125 to 180 gr will shoot at least reasonably well. I would suggest a 150-160 gr SWC.
The 32 would do well with the 98 gr swc by RCBS. I feed my 32 H&R the NOE version and it is very happy.

The RCBS or NOE version of the 98 grain SWC would be my starting point. I've had both and either is excellent.

All the above are good suggestions, I’ve had good luck with the Lee 90 gr SWC-TL for the .32 S&W and the 158 gr SWC-TL for the .38 Special. I use the .32 TL in my .32 S&W, .32 S&W Long and .32 H&R Magnum. Simple and cheap to experiment with. I think Lee has a couple RN .32 bullets too.
The older I get the less fuss I want and for sub 1,000 FPS I pretty much tumble lube everything including conventional lube grooved bullets. I tend to let the case do any sizing needed upon seating, but do use a Lee 9mm Factory Crimp Die on a powder coated 124 gr TC bullet I use in an AR9 carbine.

Above are great responses.... no 32's for me, but in 38's, i really like 358432... came in two versions 148 & 160gr. Loads easy and works great. I also like the classics.... 358477 or 358429. Honestly.... like Brad said, anything from 125 to 180 will work fine. Enjoy!!!
