Must not be too hard to find, as I have been trying to sell 20 rounds of new Remington 25 brass for a couple of years and no interest.

This makes far more sense to me than the .350. Especially since it can be used in an AR.

I can't wait to see how it works out.

This is sort of like when I picked my muzzle loader many years ago. .38 cal was legal in Ohio, but I wanted more assurance. I wanted to use patched round-balls, so I passed on the .45. The .52 - .54 looked REALLY good, but the powder charges and number of balls per pound for the .50 looked better and the .50 seemed "big enough" to me.

I look at the 350L and 360 BH from the perspective that I'm settled on the .35 as my personal optimum for cast hunting, from squirrel to deer, based on way too many things to bore everyone with here.

Yeah, for deer-hunting, I'd say the .40 is "better" than the 35s," generally speaking. I've spent most of my life sorting out such ballistic quandaries, sorting, ruminating, rationalizing and eventually settling on the "best" for the situation, only to second-guess myself later and wonder if I shouldn't have gone bigger or smaller.

I think any of the recent "straight-wall," AR-compatible cartridges will get the job done. Nice to have choices, but it's like finding toothpaste or shampoo at the store. There's one hundred forty seven choices that all do the same thing....

I think that we who cast have a serious advantage over the rest of the market, which also outnumbers us by a wide margin, in that we can accommodate whichever choice we make fairly easily and the process of sorting it out adds a lot of enjoyment.

At large, whereabouts unknown.
I wasn't bagging on 358. My first handgun deer fell to a single shot from my 6 inch revolver. Additionally, if I were limited to a single handgun, it would be a 4 inch stainless 357. My 44s & 45s didn't get to play.

2.260 max length for steel/aluminum Armalite designs .
.422 rim 6.8 and to a lesser degree x39 compatible.
6.8 , 22 NOS magazines. If a guy buys an upper and doesn't have or want to buy a 6.8 bolt the 22 Nosler shares the 6.8 case and 223 rim .

So we have the 10mm that gave us the 40 that could have been a 10mm special and now we have a 10mm mag/supermag . I need to find a estate sale does anybody know what this is upper and swap a couple of barrels for one .

This almost feels like baby Whelen's .

Graffs has 30 Rem new and has pretty regular for 7-8 yr .

True story I was looking for 264 WM correct brass and actually found more 32 Rem brass than 264 . I gave up and bought the 7RM brass .......whoosh there was 264 everywhere and it was cheap .

The 30 Rem was a natural to bring back with 6.8 , and 40/10 mm in production.

i bought 100 Graff cases of 30 Rem for my Rem m14. i think it was 2 - 3 years ago? i'm not concerned of "needed" new brass, as i shoot it 2 or 3 times a year (10 or so cartridges).

AR and AK cases are not my concern either. i have enuff experience during my stay in the Army.

i like old cartridges and guns, from a 91 Argie to a 98 Mauser (1944). wood and blued steel for me. i recently bought a 30 and 357 Herrett in 10" Contender barrels. right now, i am doing 30 Herrett brass (30-30 Starline). i have to trim the cases down to 1.605" and then i'll have the whole Contender and small twists on the reloading die thing. it is not really a pain in the butt, it is something i have to do and i'll smile because i can. should i have a 300 Blackout or a 357 Max? probably, but i like to reform my brass.

i like the 401WSL but unfortunately i don't have it.

I like this a LOT better than the 350 Fubar! I've been mulling a direct-impingement 10mm AR for a while, since I'm already deep into the caliber, equipment wise. Not needing a dedicated pistol lower is another plus. CW is right about appropriate bullets but it'll likely just be a range toy for me.

414 Supermag that was scalped of its rim.
We have been shooting a 414 SM Marlin 336 for around 10 years. JES did the reboring.
265-290 grainers pushed by 4198 and 1680 get to 1850 fps easily and accurately.
Can go heavier lead but that is why we have larger cased 41s.

Don't hate it, and agree that we DO need more than just 9mm and 5.56, but still in favor of first supporting what we already have million of still useful and functional rifles chambered for.

I'm not hurting for brass, but I am looking even longer-term these days. I want to assure there are a few new cases in my estate sale - as a measure of never having been "brass-poor."

Good night, mother of pearl and all which harbors any form of spiritual belief, but I just saw the "22 Creedmoor."

"If we can't do BETTER, let's at least do SOMETHING!"

It's like eighties HAIR!!

215gr and 2200 fps? Not for me! Makes my shoulder hurt thinking about it.
Life experience. A 255 RNFP stoked up with H322 to 2000 fps in an 1895G in 45-70 was heavy recoil and a solid hit . But a 35-250 in a 98 pattern 358 win full of 4350 wasn't really all that bad at all .

You know PSA is going to produce the 400, in a pistol length AR. With just the right barrel length to take away most advantages and threaded for a silencer that will basically give it the Ballistics of a 40caliber.
Then we will be seeing U tubers shooting Jello blocks with it for the next two years at 10 ft. Because that is all the pistol will be good for. While The AR15 18 inch barrel versions, with a proper twist will be totally ignored. Then of course Ruger, then Savage will finaly make a bolt action in it, that will be adapted as a brush hunter.
Never being marketed proper for the format and configuration it was designed for.
Hhhhhh....
