Alright cool, I’ll see what I can findI had a LEE set. But that was when the 500 was brand new and no others was offered.
I bought a RCBS set when they cane out. Sold then off when I sold the gun.
Got a technical question for ya CW, I know the goal of Trail Boss is to fill without compressing and I remember seeing the post from the guy who created this bullet that he made it FOR use with TB, my question is, what is a safe and smart way of determining my charge?I had a LEE set. In a straight wall. Rule of thumb is 70%-99% Do not compress.Got a technical question for ya CW, I know the goal of Trail Boss is to fill without compressing and I remember seeing the post from the guy who created this bullet that he made it FOR use with TB, my question is, what is a safe and smart way of determining my charge?

So take your case. Figure seat depth charge with 70%+ of that remaining space W/powder. Seat & shoot. Keep upping chg to either acceptable accuracy or velocity.
Trail boss is not a low pressure powder its a bulky low velocity powder.
