Getting Old

Happy B-day Rocky. I just turned 70 on Tuesday. Still have a ways to catch up with you.
I'm not selling anything, either.
Thank you WL, and Happy Birthday to you too. You have a way to go before you'll start to notice that you are getting older. Up until age 75 I didn't feel like I had aged much between birthdays, maybe every 5 years I could tell a little older. After 75 I definitely felt older year to year. After 80 I feel older month to month.

Doing stuff......casting, loading, shooting, etc. etc. Doing anything which keeps your mind and body active helps slow down that inevitable aging process.

So, guys, KEEP DOING STUFF!

I'm 70 and we play a lot of computer games on our phones to keep our mines sharp. Crossword puzzles, word crossy and mind sharing games.
We also play Bridge, Cribbage and chess.

Contract bridge is a fine game.

I powder coat most everything but Jeff nailed it when he mentioned that greasy revolver feeling. Nothing like Felix World Famous Lube and Bullseye soot to make you feel like a real cast bulleteer! The old K38 never rusts.

I'll add my Happy Birthday as well Rocky!!

But now you promised some pictures of this new 22lr. I've been looking at the Vortex 1x8 and hoping you will report on that as well.

She brought home some red/white/blue dinosaurs today. Twinkies! Taste like they are a million yrs old. But on sale! Can't believe I ate any of those as a kid.

I don't think when we were kids those things were like they are today, 80% preservatives.

I'm like Tallahassee in the movie "Zombieland".
I can't have them anymore, but Twinkies were my favorites as a kid.
