I have been attempting to rectify my sponsor status. It pops up that its about to expire. I was pretty sure I set it up as auto. So why would they contact me... PMs unanswered. Email unanswered. Well there is a thread on server donations. So I figure someone of authority gotta be watching. So I tell my story...reply from member... x5-7 and I get asked again. So I equate it to theft a d express my disaproval for such things and BAM!!
#1 replies and is offended I called him a theif and says he did not ever see any pm from Me.
then says like most members complaining as I have, I dont read properly.
I sent him a screen grab showing the site telling me my sponsorship was expiring in x days. Nothi g else. Then how was it I didnt "read" properly. Nonopology for the issue only an attack.

I repeatedly stated my problem was more the lack of communication with a problem but the lightning reaction to any minor infraction.

Then I stated that my only two choices where shutup (and take his word cause his word was final word so he must be right, I said this to him ) or just leave.
He is such a popmus ass!! (I did not say that)



Grr just airing frustrations.

CW, what you got was just a very, very small taste from that particular buffet. It ain't our policy to disparage other boards on here, but everyone who has been paying attention to comments on here over the years ought to know by now what the score is, and why

Put a charge back into PayPal for all of the $. Screw em. I have been warned a bunch of times for doing stuff. But when i show the ol #1 doing and saying the same things or worse i got hit with a violation. Yet was told he is the owner he does not have to follow the same rules

Uppity mod sent me a nasty-gram saying it's against the rules to mask a banned word (one of the less profane swear words), even though the word was not on their banned list.

I had used asterisks so that if somebody's child was looking over their shoulder they wouldn't ask dad, 'what's that word?'

I wrote back, "Thanks for the information. You won't have to worry about me ALMOST breaking a rule again. Goodbye!"
Think that was about 5 or 6 years ago.

For a long time the shortened and as listed on ammo boxes and die sets 6.5 and 7.7 Japanese was flagged . There was another place that wouldn't allow halfcocked much less full engagement .

So what are we supposed to call the 90° away from the riser fletch on an arrow ?

Lots of worse places for word check ......

When I started over at that other site, I got busted 4 times in the first six months. Once I learned to behave the way THEY wanted me to, I haven't had a problem.
As they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Or a new Shaft.

Yup one of my "spankings" was for the use if SHTF... Replying to a mod, I argued in a PM "You ass its a acronym !! Its only letters so you dont have to spell out the "bad" word!! :rofl: Besides Its been used many times here!!

I love the term I read here....bunch of "Duck Hunters", lots of folks waiting to take a shot and you, and at least half of them are sky-busters...you know shoot a lot and hit nothing. It is their house and their rules....or lack of them.
I still check in there but never have posted much and find myself wandering less and less.

I got banned from a frugal preppers site for not posting enough. He limited my access to parts of the site and when I pm'd him about it, he banned me. It was an interesting site, but the owner was a nut case.

Remembering my experience with that other site and reading others reminds me that, life is too short to have to put up with idiots when you don't have to.
Mrs. smokeywolf bought some new coffee mugs recently. One of mine says,
"My people skills are fine. It's my tolerance to idiots that needs work."

I had the same thing happen and got my first and only infraction there over it. I think I was the first one to experience this, and it came direct from ol' Commandante Numero Uno himself. I stuck it out but the Timmy and Larry Show staged their coup d'etat that drove me away completely a few years later. I demanded my screen account be closed in a vicious exchange of emails, and it was finally done a short time later. Many people don't get their screen names retired, and as a result it appears that there are a huge number of registered users which undoubtedly helps the site sell advertising. Check out the membership list sometime, the last time I looked there were a huge number of user accounts that only have a couple of posts to them, and many of them haven't had any posts at all for many, many years.
