I've read a lot of negative comments about the other site. I've been a member there since 2005. Only problem I've ever had was too many items in a classified ad, cost me 30 day ban. Read lots of unkind comments on other peoples' posts but I've never been a target. I mostly read now and don't make comments. I use their classified a lot due to the large membership.

That membership isn't nearly as large as it appears. Look over the membership lists and look at the huge number of people that have never made a single post, then look at when their last log in was and their join date. I'm a good example, I'm still listed in their membership yet I haven't logged in there in well over 5 years.

It's been about 2or 3 years for me. Still visit to read some stuff until I get fed up. Some good stuff, but a lot of strong opinions by people who know so little.

Seems all been resolved. I got a PM from #1 and seems my PM was misplaced/forgotten by the web master who handles all such things!!

So guess I dodged the bullet here.
Ill take advice and become more ghostly when visiting there.

I thought we agreed when we started this board, not to draw the angst from over there into here. It is not productive to vent our angst here, as nothing will change. I check in there every once in a while and might contribute to a thread which interests me, or maybe not. I no longer care what the powers that be there think and do.
