Wonder why he didn't have any insurance on anything? It costs me $4k+/year for our business insurance and I wouldn't even think of operating w/o it. Not judging here, I don't know all of the circumstances, but insurance seems like a pretty basic business expense.

The fire department appears to consist of six older gentlemen, one engine and no fire hydrants. As a Class 9 district, I would guess that the insurance rate would be about $10 per $1000 of value. Maybe could not afford it?

Also, Veral is deeply religious and it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't believe in buying insurance. Some religious groups equate it with playing a lottery.

Does anyone have a 225-451 SWC from him ?
I have an option on one that may be exactly what I need/want for the 1917 .
I haven't been able to see it's shape I'm hoping it's more Keith and less 452423 or 452-252 .......
