I'll be taking the forum offline for a bit in the coming weeks in order to perform a software upgrade. I have no idea how long it will take, though based on past experience with this kind of thing, I anticipate no more than a couple hours.

This is currently planned for during the day on Dec 26th, but that may change.

Whatever will we do during those few hours? The horror of it! lol

Gotta be some kind of football game then.

Wasn't really thinking NFL, more thinking that 1 of the 40+ college Bowl games might be on. Actually, I'll probably be working then if my apprentice wants to work also.

there should be a bowl game or championship game at the 2 or 3 level anyway around then.
the bigger games are the 28-29-31 time frame.
there are some dominating teams at the 2 and 3 level that would give Clemson, Michigan, or O-state one heck of a good game.

Ok, will go outside and play if I must. Humm, which of my firearms should I take with me? I need to go out to the reloading room and see what I have made up, maybe put some more together.

Thank you for the heads up.

We will survive. At least I will as long as the update is while I am at work.

Only the shadow knows . . .

Last I heard was he was planning on tomorrow. We'll see what kind of new features the update brings, I glanced over the XenForo web site on it and it appears there will be additional functions for both members and administration. We shall se though.

Sorry guys, I hate all the changing of stuff. I am truly a dinosaur. When I had to take computer training in 1991, it said "move the cursor here", so I said "move your a!! over there you SOB!!". Nothing happened.

Just heard from Brad, update hasn't happened yet because Kevin is under the weather.

Fortunately no flu; just a cold that kicked my butt. If all goes according to plan, I'll do the upgrade Monday.
