I want to say it's the Lyman 359 also [it looks just like the one I have in my Lyman picture guide]
no crimp groove would tend to make one think about a black powder design, but the pointy nose would have to be for a single shot or a magazine fed gun.
32-40,32 miller, 32-20 would all be possible uses, or if it's intended for a 30 cal it could be from an old arsenal H&G design for reduced distance armory practice.
the cutting doesn't bear that out though since you can usually see the cherry 'swirl' marks in the nose.
so I'm thinking Ideal or a more modern aluminum mold.
