Only down fall is the terrain. It's a little rough. No trails or access road in the hunting area. Except for natural ones. Plus you have to cross the creek. Kinda tough crossing the creek to go hunting some times. Especially in the winter when it is high.Wow excellent deal and sounds like a nice facility.
Plus no long ranges because there is a bank or cliff every 75 yards or less.
Except, on top of the hill. Where the club house and skeet boxes are.
From the hill top(which is the only straight stretch, at 200 yards) no back stop. So anything more than shot or an arrow, would carry into a populated area.
