It could, but you'd flow a lot of brass to do it. My guess is it'll have 1-2 more firings before they fail.

Jump on it Rich ! Anneal, form and anneal.
You may get 10 firings. Last I looked our ".257 Bob bush" has no more berries to pick.

Reason I am parting with them - I have enough std 257 (all I have) that I really don't want or need to try and reszie them back to std. Figured if they were already at AI, and someone could use them as is, it was a win.

i got a Bob in the Ackley version, only it has Weatherby shoulders, and i have to slightly re-work regular Ackley brass to make them fit.
it's really a lot easier for me to form them from new 6mm Rem. Brass.

but you can make them into regular brass again, it goes a bit easier if you do it in a 7 Mauser die.
