Played more chess in Jr High than high school. My family get togethers always involve a card game of some kind, usually a couple different games going at different tables and lots of snacks. Never cared much for board games or electronic games. My wife likes to play the slots at the casinos, but I'd rather just watch the people.

Never was one for board or card games (or computer), Mom always had us playing Canasta (she was a contract bridge player), boring. Played a lot of aceyduecy and spades on board for something to do. Pretty much Mexican Train and Sequence now cause we talk a lot during the game - and forget who's turn. Gambling doesn't excite me at all.

love the game, not played in years. can't get anybody that knows how or wants to play anymore.

I also like cribbage, but DEF can't get anyone to play that!

Cards here, majored in Pinochle and Euchre in college.....(closer to the truth than I like to admit). Play Nello, Spades, and Hearts for a change of pace as well. Haven't been any family get togethers for way too long now.
