Kevin,

Should that read 2.8 of B'Eye ?

Yes, typing is not my long suit, typing on a phone even less so.

Thank you. Not sure .8 would get to the 7 yards targets! No, I am not going to try.

I'm now 70 yrs. old.
Yesterday, I was thinking of my early days in reloading.
I had a Herter's Catalog...................................

Hey, Ben,
Good memories, for sure. In my teen years, I'd just about wear out a Herter's catalog leafing through the pages, ogling all the "Super Model Perfect" gear that Jacques P. hawked. Do you remember the first deal you and I did way back in the 1990s? It was for some Herters gear.....shell holders, I think. And that U-9 rifle I traded to you and you cut off the "lighting" fore end tip? I still have it in my shop. Fond memories, my friend. Fond memories.

I started with a Lyman Spartan press in 65 or 66 and it still gets used on a weekly basis. The first scale was an oil damped RCBS, found a used Ohaus 505 maybe 40 years ago. I have a Cabela's electronic scale for weighing bullets or brass. My casting career started about the same time as getting the Spartan, at first done over a Coleman 2 burner, then a gas kitchen stove. Now I'm using 2 Lee 20 pounders, 1 for processing scrap. The "Cream of Rye Silver Co" spoon has been around since the start, it has scooped many pounds of powder and now has a lot of brass showing through and a pretty good flat on the bottom.
