So last Friday I finally received these 2 molds after a longer than usual wait due to the high demand placed upon Tom. Once again he came through and delivered molds cut to my specs. Both molds drop at .358" and after coating measure at .360". Included here are pics of the 2 molds and 2 bakings of bullets using clear PC.

I'll add the GC's tonight and do some chambering testing etc to determine starting points. My Wilson Combat barrel has a tight chamber and it works well with bullets sized to .3585". Hopefully I'll be able to do some initial load testing later this week.

the 245 looks like someone chopped the nose off the saeco 248.
I use the 248 in my 358 win pushed to jacketed velocities to lay the smack down on deer and the like.
you probably wanna back Tom's bullet down to around 2-K if you plan on eating any of whatever you shoot with it.

that 210 looks like a real nice 350 legend/357 maximum bullet.

Yes, at velocities above 1800fps these bullets are like grenades according to the reports I have read and pictures viewed. For meat hunting I prefer my 458WM with a 450gn @ 1750fps as there is little meat loss but I will be testing the limits of these bullets in a DI rifle where magazine, chamber & cycling are considerations.

It depends on the intended hunt as feral hogs are prevalent in the area I hunt in so a destructive load is not any hinderance. I have managed to create accurate rounds pushed to 2400fps utilizing the Lee 200gn bullets but have not done any testing with bullets from these new molds.

Last night I added GC's and worked on establishing COAL for the rifle I have. Load work-up will begin this evening with shooting sessions coming week-end.
