Ordered a mold from NOE last week. For some reason the payment went through but no description of what I ordered. I sent Al a pm as I figured something must have gone wrong. I get a call and it's Al himself. We got things straight over the phone. Just want to say what a pleasure to talk to him as he really was concerned and wanted to get things straight. Very nice to talk to him. We have some outstanding mold makers out there for sure. Between NOE and Accurate molds I'm very satisfied!

Yep NOE is one place I do enjoy. Good molds and Al Nelson is very apt to listen and give good advice.

Spoke to him a few times regarding the check flare tool. Very nice gentleman.
I have never heard anything bad regarding his customer service.

I would not hesitate to buy from NOE with full knowledge I would get excellent service should I have any issues.

He's about 30 miles from me. I've gone down and talked to him in person. Nice guy. I have to be careful or I will buy too much.

Al is a straight shooter and he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

I have seen time after time the Al has gone far beyond anything that would be good customer service . It's more like .... I don't know good family , maybe .

Generally, I dislike talking on the Phone...with anyone, it's not the person, it's just I hate phone calls and talking on the phone.
I believe Al (at NOE) prefers to talk on the phone instead of dealing with issues in emails...just his style I guess?

I have had several NOE molds (more than a dozen), and I have liked most of them. But, there have been a couple issues over the years, mostly just simple mistakes. In those few and rare cases, I'd fire off an email, ...and every time, Al would call me within an hour (instead of email reply) and we'd discuss the issue, and it was always worked out. Yep, His customer service is second to none.
