To Brad: Thank you for making this board happen. You did the research, the work, sourced the IT department, and funded it all by yourself for all of us to enjoy without spam or banner ads. You made a place where old friends can meet away from the noise, drama, and other annoying things that pervade the majority of internet venues.

To the staff: Thank you for being there, always someone being on line, participating yet keeping an eye out for trouble. Your subtle guidance has kept many a thread from going south, and quick action has kept the tone of the board positive and moving in the direction we imagined it.

To the IT guy: Thank you for the smooth sailing, being there for tech support, and advance notification of software updates. I hope you are paid well, or at least blackmailed well...

To everyone else: Thank you for coming along for the ride and for helping make this place what it is. Thank you for bringing good things here, and for leaving the rest behind. I'm looking forward to many more years of this and can't wait to see all the new stuff we'll learn.

I want to thank the three others who helped make this place happen.
Ian, Rick, and Bob. I exercised the hell out of some electrons discussing a forum. Those three kept me thinking it could work. Without the input of friends I would have never followed thru.
I also owe a bunch to my wife. She supported me in the entire endeavor and still does.
Last of all my baby bro Kevin. Without his tech support this would have never happened.

Most of all, thank you to the members. You guys make it very easy to keep the place clean. Polite discourse is the norm, we rarely see anything that needs editing.

I hope we all have a great holiday with family, friends, and some good alloy!

Since I have been here I have seen others come and go....maybe because there is no confrontation, maybe because they realize they can not manipulate this group!
The group is pure at heart and you have created it!
I am honored to be a member of such a wonderful site...every time I come here I learn something....every time I ask a question I learn something!
It only helps to building a better cast bullet shooter!

this is where I come to relax.
after deleting/moving/editing posts, PM'ing 4-5 people trying to pull something stupid or answering an it wasn't me PM.
it's nice to just come here and surf through honest questions and answers, and even if there is a disagreement or a couple of 'I thinks' it comes away as 'i'll check and see what I find too' and not 24 pages of name calling and post linking.

I'd like to thank the membership for making a mods life so easy, for sharing their experiences, both the successes and the failures. If your gonna be a forum moderator this is sure the forum to do it on, why just a couple of months ago I had to move a thread to the correct forum.

I also want to thank Winelovers bride Cindy for what will be another great home cooked Thanksgiving diner, a bachelor's dream come true.

I hope everyone enjoys a relaxing day with family & friends and eats way too much.
