I walked into a " Dollar Tree " yesterday.
I noticed these silicone baking containers.
I bought 7 of them ( $7.00 total )

I came home, made bullet lube and poured it into the containers.
Works great.

Those would be about perfect for lot-sorting scaled bullets by weight-class. I won't even DARE to touch any of Mrs. 9.3's baking pans for such a tasking.......that would be a full-Spanish Inquisition reaction--a thing at which ladies of her lineage excel at. There are some places that you simply DO NOT GO.

Those are ideal for lube: they can handle the heat and being flexible they would be easy to remove

Exactly Brad,

I'll update.
I poured lube in them today, I'll remove the lube tomorrow.

Brad :

The silicon containers ( filled with bullet lube that I made yesterday ) have been sitting on my basement floor all night long.

It is very easy to peel the silicon off of the lube blocks. No sticking ! ! :)
If you're making lube and storing your lube , this is definitely the way to go !
Yesterday, I made some of Glen's Black Moly Bullet lube. The heat of the molten lube when poured into the silicon containers didn't affect them in the slightest.

I ended up with four pretty nice blocks of bullet lube from my lube making efforts yesterday.

These will be placed in quart size, Zip - Loc freezer bags and placed on the shelf for storage.

Those are about perfect. Heat resistant, flexible, and easy to clean up. Oh, and cheap too.
Awesome find Ben.

Yup, that's how I've been pan lubing for years before I splurged for the star.

It works ok if the lube is just right. I'd stand the bullets in them, pour in lube just past the LG. Soon as cooled to solidified state peel the pan off & push the bullets straight through the back.

I poured these hurriedly.
They aren't filled to the same height.
I have not had time today to use one of the lube ingots to see how it will work out filling the lube reservoir on my Lyman 45.
