What ever he did to achieve those results is still in effect...

I have been struggling with my newly acquired Rem. 700 VS in 308 Win....groups have been to say the least dismal...:mad::mad::mad:

But ...I did get my new set of dies. ( another story to be told later).. I managed to get 40 rnds fire formed, trimmed then neck sized ...I loaded 20 today with the Lee 155 and 17.5 grs of 2400, primed with WLR primers...10 had bullets sized .311 and 10- .310.....just wanted to see how the different sizes would perform.....well see for yourself.

I have no idea what this thing could do in more capable hands....

I would say that the rifle is in VERY capable hands right now Dan.

As to me aligning the planets, Ha , I've had times when I thought that I couldn't align 2 nickels.

When I say Powder/Alloy/Fit over and over again I'm not just trying to get another post up. Most people don't really think it's possible to shoot under 1MOA with cast bullets at 100 yards. What do YOU think now?

Your flyers have clean holes. You have a lube problem to think about now.

Now this is getting the hay down where the goats can get to it.

that first of the day is exactly as expected, notice the dark black ring.
it's fixing the barrels condition and scraping out the old gunk.

the dry flyers is the opposite of a lube purge flyer.
something is going on there that needs some attention.
