The WA state stuff is greatly in error. Don't even think about using this as a reference.

OK, I will let this stay as a public service.

Comments like Ric’s are fine but NO discussion of the politics behind the laws.

Nevada is a little off also . The Judge and like are ok , the Mossy just in case is ok but the last I knew for certain that short pirate pistol looking pump shotgun was not allowed because of the 14" barrel and ready conversion to Short Barreled shotgun .
God only knows what has been slipped through in the last 2 years . 4 yr ago it was passed that state law would govern all matters 2A and Vegas/Clark county lost their minds because their "blue cards" all had to be dumped and destroyed , you had to get one and do the NICS for a purchase no blue card no purchase . Basically a list of Clark co residents with a gun or guns . Mag limits were on the table but I think that died in committee with Covid though .

There is also some items restricted subject to interpretation and subject to NFA etc . Preban sks come to mind . I don't even think 2 cops , 3 senators and 6 lawyers could figure that mess out . But maybe that is a federal monkey mess .....
It is also 100% NICS for any transfer except parents to children I think .

Michigan has some blanket statements that are misleading if not untrue.....Machine guns are not banned if you jump through all the federal hoops but you can't hunt with them. Same for suppressors/silencers.

I was perusing Mass. laws and the states around it and came upon this in Rhode Island. "Binary trigger" am I correct in thinking that would be a "set trigger"?

Binary triggers fire when pulled rearward, and when released forward. They can be set to only fire when pulled to the rear.
