I don't shoot very much center fire auto pistol.
However , my grandson Trevor loves to shoot my two 9 mm auto pistols.
I quickly grew tired of hunting brass on the ground.
I ask a fishing friend of mine if he had an old dip net that he wasn't using.
He said he had an aluminum one that the net had rotted on.
I said, " Perfect ! ! " , that is what I need.
I took a pillow case and fitted it, put in a bit of stiff wire to keep the back side of the net at approx. a 45 degree angle to help deflect the brass downward.
Works great ! !
I take a cordless drill to the range with the brass catcher.
It takes about 10 seconds to attach it to the side of the shooting bench.
