Thought I could shoot this apart in 6 shots but not to be. The RCBS 38-158-SWC vs a hard WV rock. Please note the load was 12.5 grains of WC 820, not WC 844. Hope you enjoy the video.

WV isn't like Montana or Idaho but it does provide plenty of shooting opportunities. And the hardwoods are beautiful.

Nice shooting, Creeker! I enjoyed that video very much.
I have a Bisley Blackhawk in 357 Mag that I enjoy immensely. It has fired a very similar load--13.0 x WC-820 with Lyman #358156 "loaded long" in the BisHawk's chambers as a first step to running "156" TO THE 1550 fps-level. Velocity ran about 1275 FPS. My particular lot of WC-820 runs a lot more like AA-9 than like H-110.
I'm not certain why Ruger's 357 and 41 Magnum BHs come with 6.5" barrels instead of the SAA "standard" of 7.5". They just do.

The girls are giving me a Go Pro for Christmas which I can wear on my cap. Sometimes its hard to hold the phone with one hand, the sixgun with the other & keep the sights & camera both on target. Anyway I'll be trying the new equipment out & hope to post some more cast boolits going to target.
