The lock down is making people crazy.

This morning I saw a neighbor talking to her cat and she actually thought the cat understood her.

I told my dog about it and we both laughed.

Nothing wrong with talking to yourself. It guarantees you of two things. 1> A very intelligent speaker. 2> A fascinated audience.

My new V. A. hearing aids are scheduled to arrive any day, now, but if it weren't for my wife's constant mumbling, I seriously doubt I'd wear them.

YES--wife's mumblings are good to listen to. Much can be learned, and pratfalls deftly avoided with this sort of info.

I didn't need The Election Infection Detention to make me crazy. That status was well-established by the early 1980s, and refined over the years to the finely-tuned music it now presents.

I do that quite a bit myself. Today was a cascade of foul-ups and mis-steps that caused me to leave The Bear Habitat (family name for casting/reloading area) earlier than planned. The final straw was launching my SIG P-226's guide rod and slide spring a good distance during an attempted re-mount of the slide after cleaning. Marie and I located it--re-cleaned it--re-installed it minus drama--and called the day DONE early (about 6:15 P.M.). Didn't sleep well for the past couple days, and should have known better than to try filling cartridges. Time to halt.
