that's what I think it is too.
a lot of them felt like they had a little concave spot right below the ogive under the nose when I was putting gas checks on.
I thought maybe it was just my imagination and I didn't measure.
It's the XCB. The two bullets are actually identical in how crooked they got, it's just that for the photo, the weren't in exactly the same orientation.
