I made this " Poor Man's Heater " today for my Lyman 45 Lube - Sizer.
My basement ( where I do all my loading ) isn't heated.
If the outside temp is below 30 F, it gets a bit chilly in my basement.
I decided today to add a heating device to my Lube Sizer.
It is held on my bench with a pair of screws.
On in 4 seconds, off in 4 seconds.
A 40 Watt Bulb provides the heat .
If you've ever grabbed a hot bulb, you know how hot they can get ! !
The outside of the lube reservoir tube on the Lyman 45 is black , it absorbs the heat from the bulb very well .
Total cost today was $6.44, some scrap plywood, a few air nails, some wood glue and a couple of screws and a little bit of my time which is not so valuable . Cheap enough
