Fermented Cat

I have two two quart jars of red ripe Jalapeño peppers fermenting now and I use a seedling mat to keep the towel wrapped jars at 75°. Well Whiskey the rescue cat discovered the heated seedling mat and is happily fermenting his fat ass.

They do pick some odd places to lay too though, but when you think about it, they usually came up with a pretty good idea.

Pretty sure I've had housecat tacos in Mexico, not bad at all the way it was prepared. I was afraid fermented cat was a product of an engine fan followed by several days of hot sun, but glad to hear it was an ordinary counter loaf instead.

well if cats are true masters at finding the comfiest spot in the house,, the box spring on my bed is the bestest spot.
