I'm trying to get a rifle ready for my 9 year old grandson, Trevor.
I think ( if he can shoot it well ? ? ) we'll go with the Handi , .44 Mag., with a Burris 1.75 X 5 variable. ( A woods rifle ! ! ! )
We hunt from a " shooting house ". Shots will be between
25 yards and a max. of 70 yards.
Fiver suggested 9.0 of Unique with the Accurate " V " series , 262 gr. bullet sized .432" . I think I'll start things off with 10 rounds with 9.0 of Unique and 10 rounds with 10.0 grs. of Unique. We'll see if there is a difference in performance ? ?
I'm anxious to get Trevor to the range with this rifle.
The rifle is a great shooter ! !
