I am thinking this is some old guy, posting on fleabay for the first time and simply left out the decimal point.
From the poor spelling in the description and the lack of capitalization in the header, I was thinking of a person that was not taught American English as either a first or second language.

I think we are all being entirely too harsh and cynical here.

Those rare and vintage Lyman ingot moulds date from the 19th and early 20th Centuries. This is a unique lot of tools intended for the Imperial Russian market between 1890 and 1916. They are identifiable by the classic 'backwards-N'--which is actually a Cyrillic letter 'i' equivalent.
