Well my little lady had a birth anniversary today! With staying home all the time and not being on a schedule the day surprised me!
I decided to make her a Special meal . My Tomahawk Chicken thighs! Now I will tell you right now I have no photos because she dove right in before I could get a pic!
Anyway; I Took out two chicken thighs this morning Thawed them and marinated them for about 2 hours with Apple cider vinegar, spices Etc.
Made them up for her supper with Baked yellow potatoes & fresh green beans. The Chicken I did with a Brown Garlic & White Wine reduction sauce!
Will spend the night cleaning up! Between prep and cooking items and warming and holding dishes.....I have my work cut out for me!
The best part is she was surprised!.... and enjoyed the meal very much! Said I out did myself so I guess I got away easy!
