Has anyone else noticed that some presses have tighter threads for loading dies?
The 45 acp taper crimp die I just finished will not thread into my Redding T7 but easily threads into a toolhead for the Dillon 550B.
My Redding seems to have tighter threads than anything else I own.
I need to get a thread mic or some wires to make sure dies I make for that press will fit.
Edit!
I want to clarify something here. The threads I am having difficulty with were cut by me.
I have NEVER had any difficulty with any die blanks I received from Keith. His blanks are the gold standard to me.
