Lyman Scope (CLOSED)

Some years ago, my son-in-law bought a .30-'06 Remington 721 that came with a 4X Lyman All American scope and Buehler rings. The bluing is worn, the tube is scratched, etc. It's seen use. I have no idea of its value.
Someone make me an offer (I'm trusting) and add $10 for USPS Priority shipping.

So, does it track? Are the lens good? Broken crosshairs? If it is usable, I have a home for it with my son.

I haven't done anything to check its operation. Looking through it, though the garage door window, the lenses look clear. The cross hairs are very fine with a small dot in the center.
