M1 Garand Sight Changes

I shoot 2 loads in my M1.
I have it sighted in for my ball duplication load.
I have developed a very accurate cast bullet but it shoots quite low from my jacketed setting.
I want to know how far my POI will change at 100 yds with 1 click of elevation.
I would like to be able to move back and forth between sight settings with out resighting each time.
Are M1 sights capable of moving back and forth with any repeatability?

A: Each click is suppose to equal 1 MOA with the most common WW2 sight. However, it varies some on each rifle.
B: They are hardened steel and will have good repeatability if kept well greased.

1.3"s per clickity click call 3 clicks 4''s for our world.
spitballin a guess at you need about 6-7 clicks.

I would suggest to eliminate backlash issues by always finishing adjustment in same direction.
Say you decided to finish by going up. If you need to adjust down say 8 clicks then actually go down 10 then back up 2.

I shot the M! yesterday.
I needed 10 clicks of elevation to get the cast loads on at 100 yards.
Dang, that load shoots well.
