IMG_0611.JPG I have waited some time to find one with the long tube at a reasonable price. Thought some of the silhouette soldiers might appreciate it. Better pictures to come.

Nice. Bet Rick can give you some good pointers on what to feed it.

Good morning
Yup.. most them 357 Max Rugers were good shooters. Was two fellers up in ILLinois bought ten. Used the best two for steel matches. Used the next two for practice. Sold off the 6 that did not make their cut but were still good shooters.
Just stay away from light bullets at high velocity. That is when the top strap cutting starts.
180's will but a good "thwap" on whatever they hit. 200's will take rams down with a leg hit.

I still shoot our Dan Wesson 357 Supermags. Make for a fine long range "yote" popper.

The two bullets I have used for my 7.5" Maxi go 185 ft and 187 gr. I have tried some 180 gr xtp's also. This one is in very good condition. I'm using IMR 4227 and Remington 7.5 primers.
