Wimpy? I've got 20-25 RCBS molds, been using them for decades and have never seen an issue with a single one of them. My suggestion would be to just use them and see for yourself.

Well Rick....IMO kinda wimpy in comparison...

1. Accurate Mold
2. NOE
3. RCBS......
4. Forgot to show the Lyman's

I'm sure they will work just fine..

I like the RCBS system. The pin could be a little larger in diameter but I like the concept. The screw simply holds the pin in place but isn't part of the pin.

I do wish the pin fit the handle a bit better so mould halves didn't flop a bit on closing.

My biggest issue with RCBS moulds is the huge blocks for some moulds. They are damn heavy for a 2 cav mould. They do make some fine bullets. I have that mould and it just always works.

Be gentle there King Cong, be gentle. I like the blocks a bit loose on the handles.

My biggest issue with RCBS molds is no 4 cavity. If RCBS made 4 cavity I would have a whole lot more RCBS and a whole lot less of other brands.

right before Molly died I was working with him and some other partners to get a shop up and going to start cutting 4 cavity rcbs rifle mold designs from mehanite.
we had everything in place and then the shop owner backed out of the deal.
saved me a couple thousand dollars [I guess]
