Sept. 10, 2021 Steve left us. You are missed.
I have RCBS handles so I'm not positive but NOE handles may work if you have them.

NOE handles have tongs that are almost an exact copy of the Lee handles (except are CNC plasma cut and milled instead of sintered from powdered metal like the Lees), I have a set and they won't fit either of my RCBS moulds.

I got a set of handles from Red River Rick right when he started making them good lord 10 years ago?
I should have got 5 pairs from him I think I have put just about every mold I got on them.
they have 3 sets of holes drilled in them and are super nice.
airc I paid something like 30$ with shipping from Canada.

I just bought 2 pair of RCBS handles for $40 over there . I have like 3 RCBS moulds . Long ago for the first one I ground a set of Lee's to fit .

I priced Lyman handles a while back after I bought a 4C 25 cal mould and a couple of singles with handles .....those were like $30/pair plus freight .

At $30+/pair for the matching handles it's little wonder that the $15/pair Lee's are so often used .

I have a so gel pair of RCBS handles and a set of RRR handles for RCBS moulds. I also have RRR handles for Lee and 4 cav Lyman moulds to use the Lyman mould in a traditional manner instead of those dumb nut cracker handles. Also got a Lee type sprue plate for the 4 cav Lyman with a handle and cam.

RRR makes some very fine handles

Lee handles with a touch from a mill are great for other molds. Just need to thin them down
a skosh.

I have that same mold and Lee handles fit and work great. It will stack them on top of each other in my 722 222 Remington.

BL sounds good I did manage to lightly grind down a set of lee handles...

But this doesn't impress me much ..were the pins on the RCBS molds always this small?

I don't know about "always", but mine are. Actually they are long setbolts turned down to pins on the end. You can get some long set bolts and just file down the tips to fit in the socket on the upper side, that will give you thread major diameter to fill the holes in the Lee handles....or just drill new holes the right size and use the RCBS hardware.,

I think I just used a cap screw.
I don't know the thread pitch, I just dug through the FIIL's 20 buckets of various screws until I found something.

I'm missing something, did not the new RCBS mold come with pins? Should so why not use them?

I bet they are smaller than the holes in the handles.
they will work like that but the mold halves will flop around when your closing it.
