I oredered Arsenal #360-162-RF (aluminum blocks), a plain base truncated cone CB design several weeks ago, but was unable to cast with it until yesterday. Although it took forever for my Lee 20b. furnace to come up to 750 deg. F, once it did, the new mold cast exceptionally well. Not only did it cast well, but its droppings were .360" as requested and weighed 159.8gr. +- .7 grs. (These were culls; n = 24.) I loaded 12 in new Rem. .357mag. brass over 5.6 grs. Unique, but may not get a chance to test them for a while: sized to .359"; OAL = 1.61", roll crimped in the generous crimp groove.
Arsenal molds are certainly well made and easily the equal of those made by Accurate, CBE (Jim Allison), LBT, and/or NOE. Delivery was fast too!
