@Brad , some "borrow" and copy designs blindly without understanding the nuances of their function. Kind of like the ACE 310-230.
I actually sent one to Al and gave permission to go forward. All I asked was for credit, seems sometimes others like to take credit for things.....

The angle is critical to keeping the check from sticking. Oddly from 30 cal in either direction a steeper angle was needed.

I never heard a single person ever say they had to expand a gas check to fit an Accurate mould. If it is made right to begin with, none of those extra tools are necessary. I put to pasture all of the moulds that gave me these troubles, including two by MP. Life's too short for that baloney, I'd rather be spending time with tools and processes that work like they should so I can be shooting or stockpiling ammo.

Probably better off not having your name attached to a product that don't work. Like China products...sometimes they don't catch the details of what made the original work well. There's always version 2.0.

expand a gas check to fit an Accurate mould Tolerance stackup in alloy, mould and GC. Dropped from 284 to 283 and no problem for 30cal. Different boxes of hornady and some from I forget who (home-made), high or low Sb alloy. They don't spin or come off after sizing in Lee 310 which I then do 309 after PC.
