This is the C-H version of the Texan press. Although I'm not sure who came out with this type of press first, the C_H seemed to be the most popular.
I wanted one of these for a long time (even though of making one) but, one year ago this coming Sept. I found mine. He was aking $35 and I offered $25 (yes, I know I'm cheap) and he said yes
It's now my go to press to take to the range! I just use a C-clamp to tie it down to the bench and it's good to go.
I haven't come across many of these type presses at gun shows, I don't think the owners like to part with them (for good reason). Although my C-H is very strong, I'd love to have one of the Texans for my heavier case forming.
