The legal system has to be broke.
About a week ago i had to rant on my GD temporary other half. He was caught on a traffic stop after his last ankle bracelet was cut off. He was put in jail. He was additionally charged with sex with a 13 year old and penatration of on 8 year old. He went to a trial on only the latest charges from before he jumpt bail last time. HE WAS CONDITIONALLY RELEASED ON A 100,000$ bail.

There's plenty of jail space. Pack'em in like sardines, most especially pedophiles. If they don't like that then they should conduct their lives in a manor that doesn't get them in jail. Where did the idea ever come from that jails should be luxury hotels?

Yes, and if your district attorney is as worthless as ours is, the charges will be pleaded down to something they are guaranteed to get a conviction on which they then brag about their 100% conviction rate. Our law enforcement hates our da and I’m guessing all the victims do to. Hopefully he gets convicted on the child rape charges and he gets his justice in prison. Who knows if that really happens or not though. If it doesn’t, well, an accident should happen to the pos.

Good manners, self control and having already been suspended here without recourse or an appeal process keep me from expressing my feelings on this subject.

Liberal ideology is worse in some parts of the nation than other but, overall we are ALL in the middle of a huge shift to the left.
We have been through this before and we will go through it again. The pendulum swings to the left and then back to the right. These shifts in criminal justice ideology occur and if you live long enough, you will see a few of them.

While it is frustrating to watch the liberals abandoned all accountability, the only person you have control of ....is You.

Progressive prosecutors, progressive legislators, progressive voters (I call them IDIOTS), all believe they have the answers. We've been through this before.
In the end, there will be trials. There will be outcomes. Those outcomes may result in convictions and sentences or they may not. In the meantime, the only person you have control of is, You.
