The only advantage of the TUFF brand was they offered more caliber choices other than 38/357 or 44/ 45Colt. They defiantly begin disintegrating more quickly than the Bianchi ones. I have some yellow-colored ones in 38/357 that have lasted well but don't seem to grip the rounds quite as well. Can't remember the brand off hand.I use and carry Bianchi Speed Strips, daily, in 38/357 and 44 Spl/Mag.
I like that they lay flat don't shed bullets. Never tried the other brands. Not looking to reinvent the wheel.
Nope, you have some company in that use of speed-strips.Speed strips! I thought I was the only one left that still had a soft spot for them. I do need to hunt up a couple more now that I think on it.
