Think I ordered mine straight from Eagan. Might be gone now or retired from making dies. Check on cast boolits site of Cast Bullets Association site. Somebody was making them.
Basically it's a sizing die without lube holes with a brass center punch. Entrance runs about .304" or so and exit's about .295" or so. Mine has a 1.5 degree taper. No holes. Works in a Lyman or RCBS sizer. I'm using a couple of #450s.
You lube bullet and apply gas check. Then, bullet goes in nose first. Comes with a flat top punch. You adjust bottom stop screw to attain nose diameter./beagle

Might work. Easy enough for a machinist to chuck it in a lathe and take a fine stone and throw a radius on it. I've done that on old style Ideal sizing dies without the radiused entrance and it works well.
My initial thoughts on this problem was to make a .300" sizing die and just size the nose. Might work but I chose to open a smaller die with lube holes in it. When I attempted to resize, the nose of the bullet extruded into the lube holes and I had to take the sizer apart to tap it out. I think what you have night work if it's long enough./beagle
