Keep in mind that this is a lawyer that sells trusts so there IS a bias.
The nut cutten part: CLEO sign off goes away (GREAT). You knew there'd be a but right? Individual and trusts will be pretty much the same from here on out. No CLEO, but both will now need fingerprint cards, passport photos, and an information sheet done (application). Also, anyone in a trust that will have access to the items will have to provide that info as well. The people on a trust that get to have access to the items after you die don't have to do the paperwork until you die and they get access to it.
Soooo, if you want to do a Form 1 without submitting fingerprint cards and photos do it NOW. You have 180 days for your application to be in "pending" status (from the date of signator 1-4-16).
