thread drift?

well I found myself once again drifting a thread completely off topic.
it started out discussing using a can on a 300 BO.
somehow it went to using P.C.
then a 3 paragraph dissertation on diagnosing lube issues by using Ian's cardboard fling off test.
all in less that 5 posts.
how do I do that?
I mean seriously how?, I don't even try..

It happens.
I too am guilty. Oddly, I am at times proud of it?

The primer pockets on a batch of '74 LC .308 brass I came across seem a bit on the snug side even after swageing them.....

Yeah, you gotta get one of those J2534 standard pass-through programmers to reflash the PCM with a new cam phaser map so you won't get that bank 1/bank2 synch code with the upgraded profile.......and for the record, Beal was my pick of the Three Jessicas.

When you get a room full of interesting, intelligent, and diverse people together the conversation is bound to be quick and colorful.

I have gotten stuck in snow drifts but never a wind blown pile of thread.

I didn't read the whole thread, so this may have already been covered, but.... Can i shoot a gas check style bullet without the check?

As far as thread drift, i like to keep my fly line threaded a bit upstream of the fly so the drift stays the same speed as the current...bad things can happen if the line drifts below the fly.

I would also add that i like Ford trucks, but will buy Chevy or Dodge if i find a good one on sale.

I thought I found a new Jessica but it was just another picture of Jessica after her kid.
oh and now I'm thinking of a delete kit for the cam phasers.

so if we calculated gas volume [using Pi x R Sq X-L] <<<< see how I used all the key's on this board there?

and if we used exactly 1 mm less gas volume than case/bore volume total, would there be any muzzle pressure?
and would that be from the case shrinkage?

Case shrinkage can be eliminated by avoiding cold water

Case shrinkage can also be eliminated by increasing muzzle pressure. Drifted that one straight into the ditch there, didn't we?

how does that drift master stand up without any screws?

I think we have gone a bit too far off track.

They come from the low bidder--just like most everything else we got issued. I was happy when the things started and the A/C was semi-functional.
