I'm a little late, but here goes:
Lyman 311672, 311644, and 311299, if you can find good ones. My 311299 was pretty good, but found it a new home after picking up a 4 cavity NOE version. Lee C309-150-F (old single cavity) is a favorite, C312-155-2R is THE bullet for the 300BLK, but I wish that it cast no larger than .312". CTL-312-160-2R is excellent in every 30-06 and 308 that I've tried it in, but mine casts right at .312". It flies better in the wind than does the Saeco #315. The NOE 309-169 Elco has been excellent in the '06, but I haven't run it through the 308s. Its shank is too long for 300BLK. NOE's incarnation of the 311008 in GC form is pretty good for a lightweight 30cal plinker.
I've not needed to search much for 375s. The 375449 is my levergun choice. The 300gr Saeco, and 335gr Lyman worked very well in singleshot 38-55s over blackpowder.
