Depends on the fuse. Generally, if the ABS computer is totally disconnected or loses a power fuse, the warning light comes on because it is controlled by more than one source, just like the red brake warning light. If the pump motor fuse is open, the ABS computer detects it at key on and sets a code/turns on the light.

What year and engine is your coach?

77k miles that words just can't do justice to how blooming HARD it's been ridden. We live on the BRP......

I used to call it 95-5.... 95% twistys,5% slab.20190819_141554_resized.jpg

Not necessarily, the abs module may turn the light on or the instrument cluster could as well if the abs module isn't communicating with inst cluster, which is a module as well.

First's..... short throw(like REALLY short),heim jointed shifter. Cam indexing tooling. Fr end ball joint adjuster. Upside down RR Brembo caliper, circumventing ABS(backing it in,going into corners).

Still, has one of the shortest stopping distances of ANY M/C. BMW,invented telescopic fr ends...... this ain't one of them. It has an A arm.... proprietary name; Telelever.

In effect.... let's say me and wifey are doing 140,maybe headed to the beach? Hit the front binders as hard as you can pull the lever and there's absolutely..... NO....fr end "dive".

After replacing the 'cats' on Mrs. smokeywolf's truck, I found out the hard way about going through the GM recommended "drive cycle" to reestablish catalytic converter parameters in the computer.

Interesting . . . Just out of curiosity how much do those cats that are not needed in the free world cost? Just being nosey don't ya know. :)

They ARE needed in "the free world" if you want an inspection sticker. The CA emissions components include more than the cats.

Those of us living in Free America, don't need no stinking "inspection sticker". :)

I don't know how many states have this BS, but Fla had it for about a decade, and they did it RIGHT,
a state inspection station which just inspected brakes, lights and ball joints - actually interested in
safety, not roping somebody into more work, like when a repair shop does "inspections". After a
decade of not finding much and zero detectable change in accident rate in the state, they shocked
me a lot by shutting down the program, selling off all the buildings and forgetting the whole dumb
exercise. KS has no inspection, never has. If you move in from out of state, they inspect the VIN to
see that it matches your paperwork, and that is the end of the government screwing around with
YOUR car.
Last time I checked Va had six month inspections, what a gold mine for crooked repair shops.

That's interesting also . . . Kinda brings up the question . . . What's an inspection sticker?

They are supposed to be on there, even in the free world, a guaranteed check engine light without properly working cats.

Aww. Check engine light doesn't hurt anything. I do keep the cats on, but I bought the O'Reilly
$150 cat instead of the Honda $900 cat, the only time I ever needed one, at about 275K miles on my old
Accord. New $150 cat and two RockAuto Nippon Denso O2 sensors and all is good again. RockAuto
sensors (exact same ND part as OEM) was like $60 and $45, vs around $200 and $140 from Honda and
$125 and $110 from O'Reilly, all exactly the same ND parts. I am a BIG fan of Rock Auto.

That's a pretty serviceable arrowhead, waco. I have read that knocking the bottoms out of thick bottomed
beer bottles is a great source of practice material when you are learning to knap. There is a cool YouTube
video on how to pop off the bottoms pretty easily, too.

Okay, will be checking the fuses. Would they be in the engine bay or the driver's foot box?

Don't think you ever said what year model, series you have. Can't look up fuse location without. Probably in the eng compartment. Got an owners manual?

Oopsie . . . 2001 E-350.
Google provided the fuse number -- 17 -- but not where the box is located. Neither the Ford nor Coachmen's manuals give any information.
