if they shoot and you can either not get any or can easily clean the lead ring out at the end of the chamber [shrug] why not?
i'm sure a bucket of free 40 brass is a lot easier to come by than a hand full of 10mm cases.

No love for the 460 Rowland? I have no use for anti-bear guns or loads but this thing is a bone crusher in a semi-auto package. I haven't researched it but it seems you can buy a conversion and swap it in and then back out when you miss your 45 acp. And if you are not partial to the 1911, it looks like it is available for other popular semiauto's.
